Gorgeous vistas give way to an atmosphere that is truly pristine and indefinitely beautiful. Whether its practicing yoga by the beach or sampling the wondrous cuisine at the gastronomy restaurant; every moment is a celebration of happiness. Lazing by the waves, walking among the coconut trees or taking a dip in the pristine pool, even the simplest things take on a new meaning when you call 'The White' your home.

What could be better than nature playing host to your yoga sessions! A truly therapeutic endeavor, it is one that has a positive effect on not only the body but the soul as well.

Yoga Offerings

  • Meditation
    Dissolve any chatter that steals your focus and disturbs your relaxed state of mind, as you experience our guided meditation. A 10-minute Meditation will take place at the end of our classes.
  • Private session
    Offered for the student seeking personalized attention, private sessions are great for singles, couples, or groups. Solo- 1200, Couple-1000, Group (3+)- 800 (*rates are per student)
  • Mindful Vinyasa
    This flow joins physical postures, or asanas with inhales and exhales. You will create a steady rhythm of mindful movement beginning with a gentle warm up, and closing with a gentle savasana Modifications are always available.
  • Candlelight Slow Flow
    Release all your stress and unwind at the end of the day with a soothing practice that will repel any built up tension or stress on your body. Light music will be played towards the end of the class, and essential oils will be applied to whisk you off in Savasana bliss. The class is beginner friendly.
  • Yoga Pool Pass
    Purchase this pass for any of our 60-minute flows of your choice. Included is 6 hours of pool time, and a healthy OM juice. For non-guests of The White.
Drop-in classes are held on the beach, our open-air mezzanine or on the nearby rock formations.

Yoga Sessions

A discipline that engages the mind, body, and soul, yoga is one of the most holistic ways to wellness that you can take. With the sound of waves lashing on the shore, fronds of coconut throwing their shade and the sun shining bright in your eyes - The benefits of yoga increase manifold. This is exactly what you stand to experience at The White as you let yourself flow through the movements of Yoga.

While at The White, you can either drop-in for a one-off session or attend a full-fledged yoga retreat. In the moonlight or by the light of the early morning, with a group of your own or a simple and guided one on one session; you can choose the practice that best suits your sensibilities. Beginner, amateur or a seasoned practitioner, everyone can experience the benefits of yoga at The White.

The 'Vinyasa' and slow flow practices of yoga have in fact been proven to ease stress and reduce depression among its practitioners. The practice of 'Vinyasa' helps in the release of toxins and re-energizes our bodies. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the clutter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow through our bodies.

An unwavering enthusiasm and an unending quest to live life courageously, curiously, and in the present are just some of the words that describe Lindsey. On her 33rd birthday she left America to pursue her interest in living/working abroad. In her own words, “Acting like an architect for the mind, body and soul, I feel Yoga has helped me not only through ED (A medical condition), but some of the biggest challenges I've had to face during my post-college days. I don't believe it is possible to leave a Yoga class feeling worse than when you came in, and for that, I am enthusiastic to provide these tools to strangers and students, who over time become my friends.”
